Event Description:
"Violated Metamorphosis - A photographic look at Urban Exploration, Roof-topping, Street Art, and Blight" is a group photography exhibition being held at Arabi Visual Arts in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Arabi Visual Arts is approximately a ten minute drive from the French Quarter and is located in the St. Claude Arts Building along the St. Claude Arts Corridor (in the portion known as The Arabi Arts District). This exhibition will feature stunning photography from all areas of Urban Exploration.
Opening Reception
The opening reception will be Saturday December 10, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with live performances, digital projections, and NFT drops by Charm Taylor.
There will be an antique car show in front of the gallery from 4 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. by Custom Cruisers.
PhotoNola Festival
We are proud to be part of the 2022 PhotoNola Festival along with other venues in the St. Claude Arts Corridor.
Although all forms of art are accepted and will be juried fairly, at least 50% of the space will be dedicated towards photography.

Second Saturday
The Opening Reception will coincide with Second Saturday, a gallery-hopping event held monthly in the St. Claude Arts Cooridor.
PhotoNola Closing Party
The opening reception party will be followed by the PhotoNola Closing Party from 9:00 pm to midnight, next door at Zeitgeist Theatre & Lounge.
