Tulane University’s beach volleyball program has released its 2026 spring schedule, which includes eight tournaments and three home events at White Sands Volleyball Courts. The announcement follows a successful 2025 fall season for the Green Wave.

Head coach Eyal Zimet commented on the upcoming season, stating, “We are thrilled to announce our 2026 Season schedule! It is arguably our most challenging and exciting campaign to date, competing from the west to the east coast and in between versus top-notch programs. Our experienced and super competitive squad is eager to keep getting fire tested, grow, and forge unity throughout our journey to reach our full potential! We can’t wait to get after it this year! Roll Wave!”

The season will begin with the Olive and Blue Scrimmage on February 14 at White Sands as a final preparation before official matches start. The Green Wave Invitational opens the regular schedule on February 20-21, featuring games against LSU, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Oregon, South Florida, and New Orleans.

Following their home opener, Tulane will participate in two away tournaments: the Tiger Beach Challenge hosted by LSU in Baton Rouge (February 27-28), where they will play North Alabama, Houston Christian, UAB, and Southern Mississippi; and the Chanticleer Challenge at Coastal Carolina (March 6-7) with matches against Florida Atlantic, Georgia State, Cal Poly, and Coastal Carolina.

Tulane returns home for the Bayou Beach Duals on March 13-14 at White Sands. Opponents include Central Arkansas, UTEP, McNeese, Nicholls, and Southeastern Louisiana.

The team’s second half of the season begins with the ASICS Classic at Pepperdine in Malibu (March 20-21), followed by matchups against Vanguard, Loyola Marymount, Concordia University Irvine alongside Pepperdine.

April features participation in the Longhorn Showdown hosted by Texas (April 3-4), with scheduled matches against Houston Christian, Texas, Washington and one yet-to-be-determined opponent. Tulane then travels to Birmingham for the Blazer Beach Bash (April 10-11) facing Houston Christian again along with UAB (the host), Mercer and Louisiana Monroe.

The regular season ends at White Sands with the NOLA Classic (April 17-18), where Tulane will play Arizona, ULM, New Orleans, Florida International and Southern Miss.

Postseason play begins with the Conference USA Tournament from April 23-25 in Youngsville. Last year Tulane finished as runner-up after reaching the championship match of this event. The NCAA national championships are scheduled for May 1-3 in Gulf Shores.

Last fall saw Tulane win decisively at a home event against New Orleans—winning 41 out of 42 sets across all matches. In their previous spring campaign Tulane posted a record of 29 wins and advanced to last year’s conference championship match.
