Kenner, Louisiana - As February rolls around, the city of Kenner is gearing up for several exciting events in the coming days. From a Farmers Market to Mardi Gras festivities, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

On the same day, the Krewe of Isis parade will make its way from the Pavilion at Esplanade Shopping Center to the Pontchartrain Center. As Mardi Gras approaches, the city will also host Lundi Gras festivities on February 12th in Rivertown. Lundi Gras is a celebration held the day before Mardi Gras, and it is known for its lively music and entertainment. The event will take place at 1610 Reverend Richard Wilson Drive, and Mayor Mitchell assures that it will be a memorable evening. He stated, "Lundi Gras is always a highlight of the Mardi Gras season. We have a fantastic lineup of live performances and activities planned for everyone to enjoy. It's a great way to get into the Mardi Gras spirit."
