JEFFERSON, LA – Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 1, 2022, the westbound U-turn lane of Veterans Blvd., between Hesper Ave. and Melody Dr., will be closed. Motorists will continue to the next available U-turn lane for travel.
This closure is necessary to conduct repairs to the canal slope and sheeting at a cost of $66,855. Work is scheduled to be completed by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, weather permitting.
