Bill Ganon, CEO
The Ganon Group
Bill Ganon is the CEO of The Ganon group, specializing in improving communication across all levels of an organization, and to develop their interpersonal communication and presentation techniques. The Ganon Group was founded on the belief that while technology may have made us more efficient communicators, it certainly has NOT made us more effective ones. Bill believes everyone can “up” their game when it comes to communicating critical initiatives and ideas, with clarity, confidence and connection.
The Ganon Group training has been positively received across many different industries - media, banking, insurance, education, H/R, manufacturing, and tourism – all with the desired outcome of improving their professional and personal communication skills.

Patrick graduated with a Bachelors degree from Louisiana State University and his Master of Health Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2005. Prior to joining the OUTFRONT team, Patrick served in several leadership positions - the most recent as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a national software diagnostic company - Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS). He oversaw a sales team that delivered 955% sales growth over three years which resulted in IRIS being identified as one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in America by Inc. Magazine!
Patrick joined OUTFRONT Media as Director of Sales for the New Orleans Market in January of 2018. OUTFRONT is a national, publicly traded company that has had a presence in New Orleans since the 1940s. Under his leadership at OUTFRONT, the team has hit quarterly sales goals for 14 consecutive quarters and the market has seen record growth with revenue growing 35% in only 4 years!
Patrick and his wife Britton were both born and raised in New Orleans and live there today raising their two young boys - Rowe (8) and Gray (6). He is very involved in his local community serving on a variety of community boards such as GNO Inc, Pontchartrain Conservancy, Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, JEDCO, The Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and The Salvation Army. When not working, Patrick enjoys watching the Saints and LSU sports, golf and sneaking in a fishing trip whenever he can
