The city of Kenner is preparing to host its annual Magical Christmas Village, a festive event featuring lights, snow, music, food, arts, crafts, and appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event promises entertainment for families throughout December.
Local bands, dance groups, and cheer teams will perform each weekend. Attendees can plan their holiday visits by checking the list of performances available.
Vendors and entertainment will be present every Friday and Saturday during the event.
The opening night at Christmas Village will feature the Elvis My Way concert with Brandon Bennett on Sunday, December 1 at 6:00 p.m. A tree lighting ceremony will precede the concert at 5:30 p.m.
