On Sunday, March 23, former John Curtis Christian School standout Gavin Lewis Jr.’s current college team, the UAB Blazers, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Florida Bulls.

The game took place at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulls this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field against Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
