On Saturday, Feb. 22, former John Curtis Christian School standout Gavin Lewis Jr.’s current college team, the UAB Blazers, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Alabama Jaguars.

The game took place at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field. This was their second matchup against the Jaguars this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field against South Alabama Jaguars.
