Former Archbishop Shaw High School standout and current Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks player, Sheldon Green will compete in the NCAA Division I FCS Football Championship.
They begin the tournament as a number seven seed against the 10th seeded Abilene Christian Wildcats.
The first game is on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 1 p.m.
These former Westbank Louisiana area high school athletes are set to compete on Sunday, April 12.
Tulane’s women’s beach volleyball team began the Blazer Beach Bash with one win over Houston Christian before narrowly losing to UAB. The Green Wave will continue tournament play Saturday before returning home for their final regular season event.
Saturday, April 11 will feature competition from these former Westbank Louisiana area high school standouts.
