There was a single gas station in cities across Jefferson Parish selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.48 per gallon in the week ending Sept. 7, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Jefferson Parish was $3.76 per gallon.
Of the 173 reported gas stations in cities within Jefferson Parish, 45 offer premium gas.
The average reported price of premium gas in Louisiana was $3.63, compared to $3.67 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
